Atlas Auto LTD, a leading provider of car parts and car wrecking services in New Zealand, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the right parts for their European or Japanese vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by interpreting their parts inquiries for European and Japanese vehicles.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of auto parts and vehicle applications to identify the correct parts.
• Access and navigate our inventory management system to locate and source parts efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and a helpful attitude.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers on the phone and in person (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with European and Japanese vehicles (minimum 2 years).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid New Zealand driver’s license.
